不满意：住宿条件和设施，服务设施
This place is an absolute DUMP!. Avoid at all cost! It has NO Air Conditioning and all the fans but one were broken. The place is so small, old and not insulated enough that it never dropped below 90 degrees (even at night!). It was miserable. The beds were horrible in fact, all of the furniture there was atrocious. It literally looked like the owners picked up some hand-me-downs at the secondhand store back in the 70s and never changed anything Carpets are disgusting. The smell of the place was unbearable. The deck outside is unsafe. Part of the railing is ready to fall off;very unsafe for children. The upper deck is being held together by one 2 x 6 diagonally that isn’t even supported. I wouldn’t doubt if they used glue or chewing gum to put it up there. Vacasa is a joke as well. All they could do was point fingers back at us and say that we knew the condition of the place based on the pictures and we knew it had no AC! Terrible customer service and we spent most our time fighting with them for our money back. This entire experience ruined our vacation.
This place was so terrible that we checked out at first chance in the early morning. My kids were miserable there. My four year old said to me “dad I am so sweaty, I hate this place! Can we go home?”
