"酒店整體服務十分好，員工誠信特別高，我忘記帶腰帶銀包外出，內有現金英磅和歐元，回來還是原封不動，十分感謝29/10早上打理房間的員工。 只是整座大廈有點舊，升降機需要更新或維修，因為七個朋友包括我一起被困半小時😂"

Too expensive for dogs
"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back ..."

Good location and comfortable accommodation
"Location is good. It's close to Vicenza train station ( within 10 min walking time ). It's also near the Vicenza old town. The hotel is just recently renewed. Though the room is compact, it's comfortable enough."
