The hotel room was not clean. There was makup on my pillows. The toilet didnt work, at least they changed our room. The 2nd room was much better and i cam tell it was actually cleaned.

Waterpark is only open for limited hours on Saturday and Sunday. Glass doors were shattered. Building inside and outside are disgusting. Instantly checked out and asked for a refund due to the unsafe conditions for my family.

Toilet didnt flush, switched to another room. Group of people tailgating under my window until 1am, manager could not make it stop. I did not feel safe at all. No amenities in room except microwave and tv. Will not go back

Basically everything in the room was broken. Not enough lighting and felt very unsafe. The hallways smell of bleach and smoke. We went back up to the front desk and let them know we would not be staying and left.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes, wash cloth over the smoke alarm and vent falling off wall . We switched rooms the second room smelled musty and the toilet didn’t stop running I paid 200 for a room I was not okay sleeping in the blankets were dirty I had to use my own bedding and pillows

The back entrance had a broken glass door and the room had a broken closet glass door. It’s dangerous. Someone can get injured. The floor I was on had a section that was dark. Looked creepy. The water from the bathroom sink had a distinct smell, not good. People smoking in front of the entrance, not a good look. Staff was friendly.

Our experience was less than favorable. Room was dirty and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Pool, bar and restaurant are all closed. There are people living there and have bikes chained up in the hallways. They were cooking in the parking lot on a gas grill less than a foot from the building. It was a girls trip with my 11 and 12 year old daughters and anytime we left our room we were followed by the male staff down the hallways.

This property needs some serious renovations. One elevator was not working. One ice machine was removed for not working. Rugs were worn. Hallways need updating. But the room was very good except a painting missing from the wall. Beds were excellent. Fridge and other amenities were operating. It was quiet. The smoking floor had a very strong smoke smell but the non-smoking floor where we stayed was fine. The value was good as it was inexpensive but be prepared for overlooking the general state of disrepair of the overall facilites. Breakfast was simple but fine with cereals, hot oatmeal, juice and doughnuts.

Unfortunately, my husband had to have unexpected surgery the day we were supposed to stay. When I booked, I paid for whatever type of trip insurance they offered. Weeks before our intended stay I tried to cancel and was told hotel would not honor the cancelation insurance. Needless to say, we were ripped off!

Upon entering, the hotel smelled awful. One set of doors didn’t have locks or shut completely. The bottom pain of glass was shattered. The floors were dingy and in several spots, ripped or ripped up. We got to our room and couldn’t even open the door. The whole thing was sketchy. We decided to leave and not go back. Would definitely NOT recommend this property. Stay away

Everything looked as though it had a quick renovation some time ago and now the cheap is wearing through. Drapes that dont fit the windows. Windows that lost their seal some time ago. Common areas in desperate need of a deep clean. Painted bathtubs starting to chip. Carpets pulled up and restretched so many times they appear thin. Just too many signs that the management no longer cares.

I didn't even stay at the property,it was gross the door didn't lock outside,the lobby was gross and the elevator was broke and they put us on the 4th floor!! I want a refund!!!

Old property with a huge lobby area but few seating options. Free breakfast was terrible with only 4 cereal choices two fruit options and the “main course “ of glazed donuts. No orange juice (just tang) and poor tasting coffee. Most hotels offer bread/ toast or bagels , OJ, and a waffle maker. Room was fine and clean but ac was blowing on the bed all night and there was no phone in the room or ice bucket. Toilet was very low to ground and round not oblong making use very uncomfortable. For what we paid we will not return.
