“Jennifer is very responsive to any questions check in process was easy. The place was very clean. Anything needed was there very close to Letchworth State Park? It looks like they are remodeling. Need to finish some projects. Otherwise there is a nice breakfast area outside a nice place by the fire, a nice view of a easy to find off the highway and within 10 minutes of the state park”

“I was so pleased with our visit to Geneseo, which was made all the more excellent with our stay at this house. The property is close to downtown and a comfortable walk to the SUNY Geneseo campus. The property is truly wonderful, with a classic appearance with a porch. The interior is also beautiful, made more so by display of some of the owner's artwork. The kitchen is modern with all of the trappings. The two bedrooms are SO COMFORTABLE! The house is very much a home that made our stay all the……

“The rental is nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. The hosts have thought of all the necessary touches to meet one’s needs while away from home. The village is full of historic homes and buildings that are well-kept. There are stores and places to eat in the village, which is helpful because the overall location is rural. There is some traffic noise but it’s overall a quiet place. The stairwell is beautiful but steep. ”

“One of the nicest vacation rentals ever. The home was immaculate - kudos to whomever does the cleaning. Very spacious home, beautifully decorated, kitchen well equipped. The large back porch had a great view of the meadow below and we watched the deer feeding and fawns playing. Samantha was a super host!”
