“Good stay! Home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location-just minutes from Letchworth State Park and a short walk to the lake. Be sure to bring your own towels and bedding, as noted. “This was our second time staying at the farmhouse and it was perfect. It is close enough where we could drive into town to get what we need and secluded enough where its quiet and we have privacy, which is exactly what we look for. The firepit in the back was a great way to end the day. Its a nice cozy house where we could kick back and relax, away from the hustle of everyday life. We would definitely return when in the area again.”

“Loved having a whole house. Master bedroom on first floor along with the full bath. The upstairs has the two other rooms and a half bath. Our older teen kids enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves, and having a half bath was a bonus for getting ready in the morning. The A/C is window air conditioners, which worked fine.
