"Staff here is excellent and helpful. They are friendly and nice. I failed to connect the Wi-fi due to some operational problem of my smartphone. They asked me to come to front desk and promptly resolve the problem. Much appreciated of their high standard and professional service. The cleaners are nice. They cleaned up and packed the room very well. Overall, I have a wonderful experience here and will absolutely have the same accommodation next time been to Bangkok. No gym and the pool is small (full of people taking pictures) so if you are here for swimming, probably not a good option.
