“Great location. Comfy beds, wonderful rainfall shower. Modern amenities. Extras that could be added: tissues, face washers, microwave safe cookware, instruction booklet for induction stovetop. Third toilet & basin excellent addition. Great for 2 retired couples. Negatives: Convoluted booking process. Stayz ap user unfriendly, difficult to navigate. MadeComfy very difficult process. Practically impossible to contact. Apartment was great, but will not book anything that is managed by MadeComfy. ”

“Location of the house was good, the house was good however the cleanliness of the house wasnt the best. Spider webs can been seen near the windows as we were trying to open them and on the door as well. One of the toilet has no toilet paper provided and hair was found in the ensuite toliet. “A great property, close to everything and beautiful views over the river. Easily accommodated our family of four. Enjoyed the additional touches like the games, cook books, boogie board and sand toys!While the apartment is modern and immaculately cleaned, if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to consider one of the rooms at the back and away from Beach Rd as the traffic noise can get a bit much. Otherwise, a great stay and we would go back!”

“Our first time in Bateman’s Bay - communication with property management company was very clear and straight forward via email. Area was a little disappointing as we were next to the main road. It was impossible to keep the balcony doors open during busy hours. But the apt was overlooking the water which was a plus. It was also clean and had comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms. Kitchen had a huge fridge and large oven. No bbq in the balcony, but plenty of restaurants 10 mins walk from……

“Nice property but if you are looking forward to using the pool clarify that it will be open as it was closed for our entire 3 day stay very disappointing. Also access is via steep tiled stairs that are very slippery when it’s wet and sections have no handrail. one of our guests had a very nasty fall so I would say the property is not CCD suited to those with mobility issues in particular. Great location close to shops ect”
