The hotel is in a good location and that is about all that is good about it. The room was small, as in tiny! It wasn't clean and the shower tray had some sort of burn marks on it, we also had issues with the toilet. The bed was a small double and not comfortable, massive shame. All reported to reception and they said sorry, but this is not acceptable for a hotel that is £100 per night.
The drinks in the bar are extortionate at £13 for a lemonade and a beer, lesson learned to ask the cost first. Breakfast was buffet style, not very hot and the pastries were stale. I just wish places could do a nice buffet for a change.
The manager has the cheek to decline a refund, because apparently everything was fine can go to hell with their lies.
The car park was £18 per night, owned by another company I know, but should be so much cheaper. It's also not convenient to get in and out of with luggage. Never again.
