“We arrived and the reception desk did not have our reservation. The receptionist did not speak English and we had to communicate via our phone translators. I had pre printed the reservation and was able to prove that I had one. The receptionist was on the phone with their manager in order to get instructions on how to check us in. The entire process took over one hour. We were then taken to our room where the A/C did not work so we had to get a new room. This process took another half an……

“This hotel should be avoided at all costs. The management and staff were brutal. Everything is broken and run down. It’s impossible to get help with anything, no one seems to know what they are doing. You couldn’t pay me to go back. ”
