100 year-old historical, fully updated craftsman home located in Roseland Terrace (Baton Rouge's oldest neighborhood) in the Garden District. Perfectly located between downtown and Mid City, this home offers 2100 square feet of luxury and privacy. Stroll down the oak tree-lined avenues in the neighborhood or walk/bike/drive a few blocks to some of Baton Rouge's best restaurants and bars. And you are only 2 miles from downtown and LSU.

Beautiful place

Outstanding property with plenty of room. Stayed with four adults for event at the convention center. Kellie was immediately responsive to the few questions we had. Nice neighborhood and was convenient to many places to eat. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful Home, Just As Described!

The home was exactly as advertised. Wonderfully furnished with more than enough to not only get you started, but get through your stay. Contact with owner was not necessary as everything was great but available and helpful when reached out to. Location is very convenient to many top spots for the family.

Beautiful relaxing stay close to downtown Baton Rouge!

Loved this property so much. The home is beautiful and we had everything we needed. The assortment of books was a plus, and my mom read two books during our stay. The bathroom was lovely, especially the bathtub in the master. The only thing I will say as a con is the pillows. They were very large and thick, so we wish we would've brought our own. All to say - we will certainly stay here again if we are ever in need of a place in Baton Rouge.

Lovely Experience

Can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. So many thoughtful touches, that made everything smooth, and comfortable. The property was just as advertised. Very well furnished with amenities (coffee maker, coffee, cookware, dishes, glasses, etc.). Large living room, dining room and kitchen. Large master bedroom with bonus office space attached. Cozy and private outdoor area. It felt like a home away from home and I will.book the property again on my next visit to Baton Rouge.

Amazing Relaxation Attending LSU Game

Thank you for providing my family and I with the hospitality of this wonderful home. It was extremely comfortable and amazingly decorated. The location was great as well. The only difficulty was understanding the Google Thermostat. Once we figured that out, we were able to make it even more comfortable.

Roadtrip getaway for game vs LSU

Perfect stay at this updated and well decorated cottage. It was situated in a pleasant area with various options for delicious dining and minutes away from the campus. While we didn’t cook, the owner had everything you needed.

Beautiful property

The cobblestone walkway up to the red door is a great photo opportunity. The house is beautiful with all the little craftsman details. The modern kitchen was done in a very tasteful way that makes it blend perfectly with the rest of the home. Lots of space to spread out and hang out with the family. Designated parking that's not on the street!! The house wasn't cleaned well before our stay but our gracious host refunded my cleaning fee immediately. Super quick response time on communication. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is AMAZING! Great location, wonderful bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, kitchen was perfect to cook, enjoyed playing games at the large table. Definitely recommend this place. The kids all lived it too!

We were in Baton Rouge for a wedding. This home was very close to great dining choices and the wedding reception. Close to downtown and not too far from LSU. Off street parking would have been a bit of a challenge if we had brought two vehicles as we had originally planned as one of the off street parking spaces was taken by the neighbor. Overall great home and would stay again.
