“I had a great time at this property. The property was well maintained, and I had great communication with the owner. All questions and inquiries that I had was responded to in a timely manner. It did rain the first day that I arrived, but the sun did come out and we were able to enjoy the fenced in back yard. The house and property were great and when I come back to Baton Rouge, I will definitely look for this property.”

“We were in town for a few short days to visit family. The water heater had gone out at the house but the owner called ahead to let me know that and offer to either refund part of our money or help us find another place to stay. We chose to stay and she did in fact, refund a partial payment back to us as promised. The house is super cute and close to everything. She even had coffee and waffles stocked for us! We will definately be back the next time we come to town. ”
