“We stayed in room 5 for 2 nights in May 2025. I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on expedia don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis). Room was clean and modern and breakfast at Rays exceptional. I would definitely stay there again but there are a couple of things to note: the parking……

“This boutique hotel is charming from the minute you step into its garden gate. The staff is welcoming, very helpful and attentive to all our needs and more. The whole place, our room, amenities, attention to detail and the breakfast was to die for. The daily breakfast was fabulous. The sweetest lady chef and helpers prepared our omelets, fresh oregano pies, and special tea to perfection and much more. The bowl of fruits the day we arrived awaited us in our room and next day a bowl of cherries 🍒……

“The property is nice with an access to the beach.The apartment is goods but there is some details which can make it better. The problem with this property is the managing company. They are unprofessional for the job they are doing what makes this reservation disappointing. Never again”

“Moldy smell. Lack of communication before arrival, did not even stay the night due to mold smell and bedroom area. Would not suggest this to anyone ”
