“This hotel was perfect for us as a family with connecting rooms. Both bedrooms were huge and traditional style but clean. The bathrooms just need a bit of maintenance (one toilet lid broken off plus shampoo and shower gel containers missing from wall etc) The pool is brilliant, kids loved it - small inner walled shallow area for little ones too. Very clean. Reception/service is basic and i would go into Battambang (reception called us a tuk-tuk, guy named Jacky Chan! He was great so ask for him)……

“Geweldige ontvangst, alles met een glimlach. Kregen een upgrade van de kamer en die was super. Het eten was daarnaast ook echt om je vingers bij af te likken. Als je in Battambang verblijft zou ik zeker hierheen gaan.”

“Hatte das EZ gebucht, Zimmer um 1200 noch nicht fertig, ok, nicht schlimm. Bei Übernahme überhaupt nicht sauber, Toilettenpapier vom Vorgänger noch im Eimer, WC nicht sauber, Wasserlachen ums WC, Ablage neben Bett klebrig, einziger Stuhl verstaubt. Nach Reklamation und nochmaliger Putzerei die Wassergläser dann auch nicht sauber. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich recht hübsch, aber es gibt keine Haken, auch nicht für die Handtücher, man kann rein gar nichts aufhängen, für den Preis ein No Go! Zu Beginn……

“A nice inexpensive hotel. The room was clean and orderly. The hotel itself is located right at major intersection with highway 6, which makes it convenient to get in and out of town. The Phnom Svay Restaurant is around the corner serving good reasonable food, and Phnom Svay itself is close by for a walk around and explore session. A few short blocks to the southeast is the major central market area which has anything you’d need. Good place for a short stay, definitely.”

“Family Batcave is a fantastic way to experience Cambodia. It's just a ten minute walk away from the batcave. The family are so welcoming and cooked us beautiful meals. Also provided fresh fruit and lots of water. The huts are clean and tidy, my bedding smelt amazing! Saro even took us on a tour of the killing cave and temple himself and arranged all our transfers. My dad was expecting a very basic stay, but ended up saying it was his favorite place we'd stayed. Would definitely recommend this……
