Great location and would normally be okay

"Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol."

"La struttura è molto bella completa di comfort quali SPA escursioni e una buona cucina. La sconsiglierei se deve fare da base di appoggio per le Gili del nord, ci vorrebbero 2 ore di macchina per arrivare al porto di Sengiggi e poi il tempo del traghetto andata e ritorno. Clean, comfy, & great service; mind the mosquitoes

"The service & cleanliness were great. Front desk was always available to help with taxi booking, scooter rental, etc. The only downside was the open air bathroom & mosquitoes - I didn't think it was going to be that bad, but I got loads of mosquito bites throughout the week there.
