“The hotel was super clean and it was a ome bedroom condo in a newly built hi-riser. The area was where locals live. It was 15 min walk to the beach area. We felt super safe anywhere in the city. “It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night.
