“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un superbe accueil de Mélina. La chambre était confortable avec une vue sur la montagne enneigée. Nous avons profitez de la piscine après une journée sur les pistes. Au restaurant, nous avons opté pour des plats incontournables (fondu et raclette), près de la cheminée ! Super hôtel, je m'y abonne car l'emplacement est top et permet un accès rapide à La Plagne, Les Arcs et Meribel ! Je recommande !”

“The hotel is well maintained despite amenities seems a bit older in the bathroom, with the room equipped with kettle. We were provided with chocolate egg and madelines as welcome candies & snack, which is a nice touch. ”

“This hotel is awful and disgusting; the smell of mold and dust instantly chokes you as you enter. The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. The bathroom is designed in such a way that even with a heater, the shower remains freezing cold. The room had a full kitchen, but not a single piece of cutlery or utensils, and our request to be provided with any kind of dish had been denied, as apparently we were not allowed to use the……

“Rien à redire sur le studio, il était propre et bien aménagé. Il manque peut être juste un appareil à raclette ou à fondue. En revanche il y a un véritable manque de communication pour trouver la réception qui se trouve dans un autre hôtel, faire la vaisselle (c’est à nous de l’apporter), ou encore la photo de la piscine qui est mise en avant sur hôtel.com alors qu’elle n’est pas comprise dans le séjour (15 euros supplémentaires par personne).”

“I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE……
