“Property had a nice feel with the decor. Great view. Perfect distance to downtown for walking. Parking was always available and convenient. Also, close to some nice bakeries and park. Nice comfortable bed. It was pretty quiet considering the location and the other tenants. ”

“We just returned from 7 nights over the Christmas holidays. It was a perfect location as we loved walking around the beautiful heritage homes nearby that were so festively decorated. It was a quick walk to Quidi Vidi where the fireworks were held earning evening and then we could see the fireworks at midnight from Signal Hill. Close to all the restaurants as well. Kathie was very responsive to any questions.”

“Great spot to stay - clean, great location & has a luxury feel to it. Entrance is through a restaurant, but the staff are always friendly. I will say that I'd love to see some more lighting. Aside from the bathroom it is very difficult to see why you're doing.”
