“They have clearly tried to make this property nice with repainting and trying to fix things, but the pool is still down and I had to leave early because the bugs were so bad, they were in the bed. When i told the manager he was very apologetic, but didnt offer any compensation for having to leave a day early, due to the bugs. Also, i got a "suite". The only think that made this like a suite, was a small 2 foot partition between the sofa and the bed. The room was still very small and there was……

“We are in room 203. The tub faucet was continuously running. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom sink area. We kept seeing baby roaches and one adult one in the room. The loveseat in the room was clearly very old with a cover over it that didn’t look sanitary to sit on. The property looked clean and well maintained on the outside.”

“The property was clean and so was the room. All of the staff was super nice and helpful. Except the young lady at the desk the second day of our trip. She was rude im not usually a complanier, but she was really terrible. Its been quite a few days but it really messed up my trip. Its free to smile and be polite.”
