“The staff is very attentive.
Front desk very efficient.
There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently.
The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas.
I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price.
The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean.
The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother……

“What a gem of place. Great overall experience. All staff were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Thanks for the heater! We were made to feel very welcome. Food was excellent and they had a really good variety of dishes. Room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable.
We would definitely come back.”
“Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.
We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist.”
“There is no buffet breakfast, neither was informed to us earlier during check in. Room size was okay. However, pillows had not been changed, they were dirty. Kettle for making tea was dirty. Overall very disappointing stay, my advice book somewhere else. ”

“Upon check-in, I discovered that the room provided did not match the photos shown online. Below is a detailed account of the issues I encountered:
1. *Room Cleanliness*: The floor was visibly dirty, with dust and dirt marks throughout the room.
2. *Wall Condition*: The walls showed signs of dampness, and the wallpaper near the bed was covered with mold. I have serious skin sensitivities, and the mold exposure caused me headaches and cold symptoms.
3. *Bedding*: The bedsheet had visible blood……
“Scammers...nothing like the pictures shown. Unhabitable place and expedia cant do anything which is worse. They make property non refundable for a reason...stains everywhere and ripped linens. Upon complaining they tell me i selected maintainance room and i knew about it. Which guest in the world chose maintainance room over a proper guest room. Expedia cant do anything about it because property doesnt want to refund even tho i DID NOT even check in and stayed. I went a night prior directly……
