“The linens were clean and new and the room was clean. There was an odor of male cat. Could have been a prior guest or long term neighbor (there were som that were a little loud) but I stayed there for a concert and for the price I was very impressed. Room deodorant cover the cat smell and like I stated the room was CLEAN and the linens were new and clean and the for the value I WILL stay here again. Not one bug or any of the horrors some of the negative reviews claimed other than noisey……

“It was what you would expect of a budget hotel property. Nothing special, although the room was remodeled in the not-too-distant past. Front desk staff and check-in and out seemed a little off-putting, not the friendly, helpful sort that I was used to. The biggest downside was their guest policy. I was advised by a rather large sign inside the very SMALL lobby, that only the named persons on the card that you filled out could occupy the room. What is the deal with this???? I have had this……
