“Beautiful view, comfortable seating to sit around and enjoy that view. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Comfy beds.”

“The driveway is gravel and very steep. Had several motorcycles in our group. Was tricky getting in and out. All appliances we used worked. Washer, dryer, disherwasher, both coffee makers. Plenty of hot water for 9 adults to shower daily.”

“This property was so fun to stay at! The hot tub right off the main level was so convenient to hop in, and since its high off the ground there were actually no bugs or mosquitos even at night! The swim spa is a short walk down a super steep hill driveway to get to, but once there it's hard to leave and make the climb back to the house because its soooo nice! The shared "beach" area is so cool but there's a ton of broken bottles on it so we had to wear swim shoes to dip our feet in the lake……

“This place was AMAZING! Better than expected, nothing fancy but everything we needed. We had the lake to ourselves, my son and grandkids visited and loved the water utilizing the paddle boats and kayak. The large deck has lighting, fire pit, BBQ and plenty of seating. My husband spent hours fishing off the deck & in the paddleboat. It’s private, serene, & cozy. We will definitely stay here again. The hosts responded promptly to any questions. The only glitch was the dryer didn’t get hot to dry……

“We stayed the weekend at Bear Bluff retreat to hike nearby state parks and view the waterfalls. It was perfect! The cabin is exactly as pictured. Everything is new and the amenities are well thought out giving you everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient and the view is spectacular! We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunsets and peace each evening and a calm cup of coffee each morning. The star gazing is amazing! I haven’t seen that many stars in years.……

“This is the most adorable little place! It was clean, airy, and very convenient to the local hiking and sightseeing areas. The gate on the driveway limits access, giving a feeling of safety above and beyond the usual. Will definitely be staying again!”

“Clean nice private area to relax enjoyed the outdoor fireplace area location is close to Cookeville and surrounding falls areas only improvements would be an upstairs restroom had to leave couple days earlier than planned but enjoyed the stay”

“This cottage was perfect for my family. My teenage boys were thrilled to have a couch with recliners facing the TV just like home! They also loved the shower which had excellent water pressure. Our host shared restaurant recommendations and was easy to communicate with. The location was a great jumping off point for hiking in several state parks and exploring Cumberland Caverns. We would definitely stay here again!”
