“We really enjoyed our winter getaway at this VRBO home in Baxter. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had all the convenience of home. It was located near (approximately 2-3miles) water parks, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. We had kids of multiple ages ranging from 6 months to 10 yrs old. The movie room, garage game area and bunkbed room was perfect for them. Communication with property management was excellent. Quick with responses. We would definitely recommend this home……

“It worked out for us as we were able to have a small family reunion and we were able to meet our 2 great, great granddaughters ages 2 and 2 months. the ponds are not usable as far as wading for our 2 mimi schnauzers but they loved smelliing all the wild animal smells from deer and squirrels and chipmunks! plenty of room and patio was nice. Since we are older, the bathroom showers could have been a little bigger and safer but we managed. the step into the house via the kitchen is dangerous. even……

“We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The house was clean and absolutely adorable—such a charming place! The property was well maintained and stunning, making for a great getaway. We loved everything it had to offer, from the fun-filled game room to the stunning views. “A very nice property that has lots of amenities. I do wish our room had more storage. Only two hangers in the closet. Could have used hooks and bench by the door for hats and jackets. A dresser for clothes would have been nice, especially since there were such limited hangers in the closet. Also would’ve appreciated the option of having recycling available in our room.”

“The home was lovely. A little disconcerting to have any traps on the kitchen counter though. Tried to contact owner for departure instructions and they never answered so we just did what most vrbo renters have asked. Also, instructions regarding entry need updating. Talks about turning something but it is digital and you need to hit the lock symbol. Also, we brought steaks for the bbq seen in photo. It is a pellet stove. We are unfamiliar with that and there were no instructions. A beautiful……
