“I booked this beautiful home and event venue for my daughter’s wedding in October. The spacious rooms and apartments easily accommodated the 12 people staying here. I held the “Friday Night Welcome Reception” for 75 people here prior to the wedding at Hidden Meadow and Varn”

“Very cute. Might be helpful to stress that there is no oven or stovetop (I know the description said kitchenette), but a reminder might help. Also, a note that the apartment is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, which would be important know if someone has a disability. Four adults is stretching it for comfort, but doable. We really did enjoy our friends Christmas!”

“My friends and I fell in love with this sweet cabin, the town of Pepin and the nearby towns up and down the river. The location of this space is excellent. Walkable to a couple of great restaurants (Harbor View Cafe! What a gem!) and the marina. The balcony had great views of the river, even with the boats up for the winter, and great sunset views. The train is a frequent passerby, but the white noise machines in each bedroom made it a nonissue. I will definitely be back! ”

And the sugar on top is the amazing game room space in the garage, good area for little ones to get their energy out :) The grainery/shed is so cool too! Love the photos of the homes restoration - it was masterfully well done! Totally enjoyed our stay!!! ”

“Beautiful cabin, perfect for a getaway with friends or for families! Huge hot tub, really comfortable beds, great gathering spaces, super clean, and quick drive to town. This was our second year staying at the Splendid Cabin and we will definitely be back again next year!”
