“Lovely home, very spacious ”

“I highly recommend this home for your stay in Lake City! The house was perfect for our siblings weekend to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The house is nicely appointed and very clean. The host was very easy to work with. I look forward to our next visit to this beautiful city on the water. ”

“The cabin was perfect! There were 6 of us adults celebrating our son’s graduation from WSU. There was tons of space for all of us. The little details were perfect like beach towels by the hot tub and fans in every room. We had so much fun and are already talking about going back! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The open, expansive view of the river was exactly what I needed as a break. Some great decisions were made about furnishings, like the table in the sunroom and the one on the deck. The double glass windows do a lot to muffle the train noise. We've stayed along these tracks before and this was definitely the quietest. Everything was clean and in excellent working order EXCEPT the bathtub/shower drain. It really breaks up the ambiance to have to stand in……

“This is a beautiful property overlooking the water. New construction so everything is updated nicely. Pictures are as shown, beautiful view of Pepin, rooftop area very nice but the units deck was also wonderful! Only suggestions are very minor: not much for confidence supplies if you cook a lot—tin foil, plastic wrap, general spices. And the shower head doesn’t have any adjustments, it is very fine and strong spray, a bit harsh on areas like your face. Overall loved our stay! Would definitely……
