“We loved our stay at this adorable boathouse! It’s a very cute one-room cabin sitting right over the water, which makes it feel extra cozy and special. The owners live right across the driveway, but they were very discreet (we only saw them on the day we arrived for a quick hello). The cabin was spotless, with plenty of fresh linens and towels provided.The lake itself is one of the clearest I’ve ever seen; absolutely beautiful. Kayaks were set out and ready to use, though we ended up fishing on……

“We had a wonderful stay at this lakeside cabin. It was very clean and well equipped for a relaxing holiday weekend. As we were in town for a wedding, we didn’t have enough time to utilize the many water sport activities but hope to make it back soon. Thanks Ron and Jodi!”

“The cozy cabin was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels and was very comfortable. The sunroom table/chairs overlooking the lake and the table/chairs on the deck offered choices for enjoyable dining as family or a great spot to read with a snack and beverage. The shed next to the dock was well stocked for fishing, also loved the paddleboards, paddleboat, chairs, games, life jackets and wood for our fire. My grandkids made me promise to rent the cabin again next……

“We had a wonderful three-night stay at this cozy cabin in Hillman. It was the perfect distance from the Cities—close enough for an easy drive, but far enough to feel like a true getaway. The cabin was well-appointed with everything we needed. We spent our time relaxing, grilling, and even caught a couple of fish right off the dock. One evening by the fire was a highlight.We also ventured into Brainerd one afternoon for a delicious lunch at Chick N Rice (highly recommend!) and had a great time……
