“The house is very spacious and in a nice neighborhood. The neighborhood is nice to walk in and very close to pastures with cows milling about. Quite pleasant. Very well suited for families. Not a party house but a family house. The kitchen has quite a few cooking supplies such as pots, pans, and serving bowls. We rented the house over the holidays and it worked out well for family gatherings of eight people. The host had a number of nice touches like snacks, coffee and soft drinks……

“We had suchan amazing and relaxing stay at this house! It is spacious and was very clean and had a great patio area outside to sit and spend time with each other. The property owner was very prompt and communicating and this was a very easy process for check-in and checkout. ”

“Very nice and comfortable home in a nice and safe part of Vallejo. We enjoyed our stay and had all of the amenities we needed. The host resolved an unfortunate failure on the water heater, but this shows that the host was very responsive and great. One thing I missed while booking was that there is no wheelchair access and a flight of stairs which changed a few of my plans, but was my own fault for not asking before booking.I do highly recommend this place and the host, all said and done. “The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention ”
