There is no electricity, wifi or running water, but you do have great cell service (just in case you can't totally escape from it all), a solar shower, outdoor sink station and small NASA portable potty system. This unique rental bridges the gap between traditional camping and hotel stays. It allows people to enjoy the beauty of nature while having access to more comfortable amenities that make their experience more enjoyable.
This is a fantastic private section of the Pine River, where the sound of mountain waters may be a rapid roar, or a gentle cascade, depending on the seasonal water flow level. Catch and release fishing is excellent in several spots along the river. This is a perfect spot to hone one’s fly-fishing skills.

Please use care when enjoying the firepit by making sure all ashes are completely out before leaving it unattended, by dumping a bunch of river water into the pit so there are no hot embers. Also abide by any LaPlata County fire restrictions that may be in place during your stay.
