The location was absolutely perfect for me as I was attending an event at the University of Alaska Anchorage campus and it was a quick 15 minute walk there. “This was a very old Alaskan house, with thin carpeting and uneven floors. New kitchen counters, ratty old cupboards.Very iffy neighborhood, with a very scarey-looking place right next door, a big gate to get in to the apartment, with an electromagnetic lock and bars on the windows, and multiple locks on he front door. I did not feel safe coming in late at night by myself after being with my husband while he was in the hospital. Owner was cooperative and gracious. Bed was comfortable but so……
