Breathtaking Waterfront house

This is a luxury, modern, waterfront house near beach with 3700 square feet houseft. There are 10 large rooms. All rooms have wall to wall glass windows overlooking the bay. Brand new house with all brand new appliances. KItchen, 2 living areas, 2 fire place 2, dining room, family room, recording studio, meditation room, library with hundreds of books, front yard, pool, gym12,000 square ft. land with the garden and few steps access to the beach and water.

Our home is in an incredibly safe area that is in an upscale neighborhood. Gorgeous and serene area. Just a 45 minute drive into the city! Great shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect for honeymooners, celebrities, artists and family vacations!
No additional guests allowed. No parties or events allowed

The house was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The views looking out over the Bayville cove and Mill Neck were very pretty, and sitting out by the pool was enjoyable. We had a very nice and friendly greeter meet us when we arrived and she helped us choose from the many fine restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful Home with Breathtaking View... Selina was a joy. Very Thorough and truly cared about our time in her home. Conveniently located to the City and nearby restaurants are Amazing!!! Enjoyable time!!
