This house can sleep 14 people with steps to the beautiful Surf City Beaches. We purchased this home in 2016 and made significant renovations to provide comfort and fun for the whole family. Our family uses the house and make it comfortable living with that in mind. Since buying it, weinstalled a brand new HVAC unit, replaced some flooring, updated the kitchen, added flood lighting to the backyard, updated bathrooms and more. We have made many upgrades to make this home a great beach house for your family. The house is steps to the beach, without any streets to cross and is walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream, an arcade, miniature golf and much more!
