Located next to the sea surrounded by sand beaches. Ideal for those who seek tranquility and love nature, the village of Kalavarda, is the perfect base to explore the island of Rhodes. Escape, Explore, Enjoy !!!

The Space

The Beach House was built as an ''escape from city'' country home. Fully renovated to adjust your professional hosting requirements. 500 meters away from central road and right on the beach, the
only thing you hear is the sea.

The space is divided on 2 levels that both have ground access and parking lot. On upper level is located the first shower/bathroom , kitchen, dining table, salon with fire place plus 3 balconies, each with a unique view. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and feed up to 12 people.

On the second level are located the bedrooms, toilet/shower, and storage room. The master bedroom facing the sea includes a big office and plenty of space to arrange, upon request, an extra bed or infant amenities. Plenty of wardrobe space is also available.

The property is built on a 5000 sq meters plot which includes BBQ terrace, Stove Oven, Flower Garden, Fruit Trees, Herbs and Grape Yard and last but not least a beautiful beach.

If you want to host an event or a party on the premises, we will provide you, upon request, with all additional amenities and also arrange for you services such as private chef, live music, magician show etc.

Guests can access all areas of the house and private plot.

Interaction with Guests

Pick up from airport at anytime , mini city tour and full holiday planning with loads of activities such as excursions, sightseeing, sailing, horse riding , kite surf, and many more. Also can arrange services such as babysitting, doctor attendance, private chef, event planning etc.

Other Things to Note

Located to the quite, traditional village of Kalavarda next to ancient ruins of Kamiros, the house is only 15 km away from the airport and 29 km away from the City of Rhodes. Going south you will explore the real Rhodes with the traditional villages, agricultural life, countless sites and the total absence of industrialized touristic practices. Thus we believe the location is perfect for exploring everything Rhodes has to offer.

Outstanding experience

This is a fantastic two-story three-bedroom duplex right on a private beach. It takes seconds to reach the sea from the house. The second half of the duplex was vacant while we were there, so we were completely alone on the property. The sea was warm and the sea views from the house are outstanding. It takes about 30 min to reach old Rhodes by car. Ioannis, the host, is fantastic. When boarding the plane to Rhodes, I texted him a request (following his suggestion) to buy us some items in the supermarket. Ioannis bought all of them and did not charge us. He met us at the airport, brought us to the house, gave us the tour of the property and answered all our questions. He is a very nice person, and working with him was a total pleasure. In summary, my wife and I stayed at numerous properties throughout the world. This one was the best. We cannot wait to go back.

Traumurlaub

Wir waren 10 Tage bis 23.Mai 2022 in Ioannis Beach Villa zu Gast. Ioannis hat uns um 22:00 noch persönlich begrüßt und das ganze Haus mit dem riesigen Grundstück gezeigt. Er hat uns sogar noch einiges an Getränken und Lebensmittel besorgt, somit hatten wir ein tolles Erstes Frühstück auf der Terrasse direkt am Meer mit phantastischer Aussicht. Der Kiesstrand Ende Mai ist Völlig leer, da weit und breit kaum Bebauung ist und der Zugang eigentlich nur über die Feldwege zu den wenigen Häusern und Anbauflächen möglich ist. Mit unserem Yaris aber kein Problem. Die Menschen sind ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns war es ein phantastischer, erholsamer Urlaub. Wir werden wieder kommen! Grüße Petra und Robert

Ruhe, Natur und Meer - perfekt

Das Objekt ist herrlich ruhig gelegen mit einer Wahnsinnsaussicht aufs Meer. Der Vermieter holt einen vom Flughafen ab und ist auch sonst entspannt und freundlich.

Sea views at its finest

My family and I ( 5 total), stayed here for a week. The property is beautiful, there are no neighbors. You are by yourself, if that’s what you’re looking for, it was perfect for us since we have noisy kids, so we didn’t have to worry about bothering anyone. The view is amazing!!! The homeowner met us at the airport, and arranged a car for us to rent as well! He also took measures to baby proof the stairs so we could travel with our 1 1/2 year old daughter. He also provided a portable crib, which was excellent. He took every measure to ensure out stay was as enjoyable as possible. Thanks Ioannis!

Ein Traumhaus direkt am Meer!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt! Toller Blick mit Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang. Das Meer direkt vor der Tür und immer ein leichter und angenehmer Wind. Baden macht hier richtig Spaß! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit ein paar netten Tipps geholfen. Wir kommen gern und bestimmt mal wieder! Danke!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem sehr netten und unterstützendem Vermieter

Unser Urlaub im Kalavarda Beach House war wunderschön. Das Haus ist tatsächlich noch um einiges schöner als die Bilder erwarten lassen. Es gibt neben einem seperaten Grillplatz einen eigenen Strandzugang mit einem "eigenen" Strandabschnitt der von kaum anderen Besucher_innen besucht wurde und ein kleines Gemüsebeet mit frischen Tomaten, Melonen und Auberginen etc.. Wir hatten also absolute Ruhe. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und super durchdacht. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was es nicht gibt ;-) Aber neben dem sehr empfehlenswerten Haus war der Vermieter Ioannis einfach der beste Vermieter den man sich wünschen konnte. Er hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt, uns zum Supermakrt gefahren uns ein Mietauto besorgt, uns eine Kinderärztin an einem Sonntag organisiert die einen Hausbesuch gemacht hat und uns dann die benötigten Medikamente besorgt und uns noch bei vielen weiteren Fragen die wir hatten unterstützt ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Ohne Ioannis wäre unser Urlaub nur halb so komfortabel gewesen. Also sehr empfehlenswert dieses kleine Schmuckstück am Meer!!

Super Aussicht aufs Meer, Privatsphäre, Gastfreundlich

Wir lebten als 6-köpfige Familie im Juli 2017 für 2 Wochen in diesem grossen Beachhouse. Es war wirklich toll, jeden Tag aufzuwachen und direkt auf das Meer zu blicken. Da wir eigentlich schon fast einen Privatstrand hatten, konnten wir immer schwimmen gehen wann wir wollten. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Wetter war immer gut und es weht ein ständige Nord-West Wind, welche für die nötige Verkühlung sorgt. Der Kitestrand ist nur 500m entfernt, er ist also zu Fuss erreichbar. Ebenso in der Nähe sind kleine „Supermärkte“, Restaurants und Bars.
