“Andy was supper nice and place was very clean”

“This was the perfect little place to stay for 2 adults and a chocolate lab. The proximity to the beach and the bay was ideal. Bars and restaurants were close too. My dog loved having his bed next to the slider for the breeze and outdoor scenery. Not a complaint, but would make it spot on if there was a screen door on the front and the shower water pressure was a little stronger. I would recommend this little gem.”

“This apartment was perfectly located at the beginning of the pier. We enjoyed having coffee out on the porch and we enjoyed walking the pier to different places. The apartment is very clean, but it is very small so it really is perfect for just two people I think having a third person in there unless it's a child would be a little cramped. There were some suggestions that I am sending to the owner but overall I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Newly renovated property just 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Our contact, Erick, was responsive and friendly. The living room and kitchen area are open floor plan so it's a great place to hang out with comfy seating. One thing to note, the $250 deposit is due in cash when you arrive and returned when you leave. Our fam had a great time!”

“This was great and clean and as advertised. I did not like the hidden cost of the insurance policy that pops up after you start the transaction. Who wants to leave a 3,000 deposit or pay an additional 89 per night for insurance that is not presented up front?”

“Basic and clean property that is close to beach businesses. Make sure to pack some coffee if you are a first-thing-in the-morning coffee drinker ”

“We stayed for my sisters bachelorette. It was a great location, the owners were responsive we had questions and it fit our group perfectly.”

“Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink……
