We were given a tour of the home on arrival, and they were quick to bring extra lighting during an unexpected power outage. We did not realize that there is also a tiny guest house on the back of the property that is available to book, and our host was able to give that guest a quick tour of the big house also. “Cozy is sometimes code for small and cramped. Not this property! Cozy Country Home had everything that we wanted. Close to town but away from the noise. Quiet and peaceful location. Plenty of room to relax and rest. We were visiting family in the area and I'm so glad we stayed here. For the price of one hotel room we had an entire house.In the roomy kitchen there were all the necessary cooking items and utensils. The starter snacks and cupcakes were an extra-special touch! “The apartment had an unusual layout with a tiny kitchen and the table area down the hall. Two of my brothers and I were in the area for a funeral. We had plenty of space and individual privacy. The description said that there was a bed in the common area, so I booked it for 3 adults. The host informed me that there was not a bed but provided a blowup mattress. When the mattress did not hold air, she immediately provided a new one. The host was very responsive. ”
