“This is a great cabin located in a nice private setting, with the ocean literally feet from the door. We enjoyed our stay. It was so relaxing and we got to see the full Hunter Moon rising right over the ocean. The cabin was clean and cozy, and the kitchen had everything you could need. We enjoyed day trips to Bar Harbor/Acadia, Schoodic Peninsula, Lubec and Campobello Island. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat. ”

“The pictures don’t do this justice. It’s a perfectly lovely camp (if you’re a Mainer, you know this term), and the views and peace and quiet can’t be beat. The camp is easy to find, cozy, comfortable and clearly has such wonderful memories from Laura’s family. We picked this place because it’s right between Lubec/Campobello Island and Bar Harbor/Acadia, with easy driving access to both places. Laura was very kind and contact with her was prompt and friendly. We wouldn’t change a thing about this……

“Our family of 5 stayed here end of July/beginning of August. Loved the location- quiet little town of Corea. Away from the crowds of Bar Harbor, but still an easy drive to get to Acadia. Very nice view of the water from the 3rd floor. I have 3 college age kids and there were enough beds for each of them- they actually each had their own room. The house was immaculate and beautifully renovated, had everything we needed. Just a note* the listing says the property is air conditioned, but the……

“We enjoyed the property. It was perfect for the two of us, clean, tidy and in a very nice location. The only improvements we would like to see would be a dishwasher and a king size bed, but washing a dish by hand for a week is fine and you can't complain to much about sleeping a little closer to your spouse.”

“My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh……
