Check out was a breeze and we weren’t required to do much before we left! Communicating with the host was quick and she was very accommodating. ”

“Historic home within walking distance of downtown Washington NC. Guests have upstairs. Plenty of privacy. Owner is responsive and easy. House is updated with modern bathroom. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of chairs for reading. A separate living room with a small fridge, microwave and Kuerig. I discovered English breakfast tea. Multiple tv,s. Can walk down multiple streets to view historic homes. Less than 10 minute stroll to center of downtown. Restaurants,……

“Enjoyed the stay very much. Had all the things in the house you would need and was very clean. Plenty of towels, and the linens were nice.”

“Our stay in Greenville was pleasant and quiet. The house was comfortable but we were unable to get TV or use the streaming service due to needed updates. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and stocked for our short stay. However, we struggled to turn on the shower in the main bathroom due to our ignorance. Printed instructions would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable but one set of sheets had an unpleasant smell, probably due to being folded and stored while still slightly damp.……

“We stayed here while my mom was in the hospital. We needed a place that was pet-friendly. Kourtney helped us out with a late check-out so that we had somewhere to keep them as we moved locations. The place was convenient to the hospital and a good place to rest for the night.”

“Pros: house is super conveniently located in town. Neighborhood is quiet. Has an outside kitty that is sweet. Was able to cook meals and save money. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer work well. Cons: AC struggled in the southern heat, stove tops were a little small (but functional), dryer vent was not clean, some food wrappers and popcorn kernels throughout the house. Small inconveniences, really. Shower did make a strange noise, but worked. Stairs are a little narrow.……
