“The property owners showed lack of professionalism. I booked through Expedia.com and made payment but when I got to the property I was told they were fully booked yet I had travelled over 200km.They grudgingly refunded me but I felt I was treated unfairly as they did not consider the inconvenience caused, my fuel etc but gave me exact amount yet I had also incurred some transaction charges.”
