Take advantage of reduced seasonal rates at Island Town House, a stylish getaway in the Historic District! Walk to coffee, museums, restaurants, shopping, the Waterfront Park and Visitor's Center. Guest constantly call it a “hidden gem in a perfect location”.

You’ll have Antebellum-era mansions and cottages as neighbors. Downstairs are multiple Living Room and Dining spaces (both inside and in the private courtyard.) The cozy kitchen has full-size appliances, m/w and a coffee bar is stocked to jump start your morning walk to Waterfront Park. Bikes/5G Wi-Fi / Smart HDTV with Cable/ DVD/ Washer Dryer/Iron/Hairdryer. Original local Art throughout. Sleeps 4 max. A queen bedroom overlooks the private courtyard, and a 2-twin bedroom has incredible morning light. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Each has a large closet, large dresser and custom linens. 1-1/2 baths.

My family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at a charming townhome steps from downtown historic Beaufort! The location was unbeatable—just a short, pleasant walk to the heart of downtown, where we explored the shops, restaurants, and waterfront views that make Beaufort so special. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities and took great care to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. Overall, this townhome was the perfect place for our family.

First visit to Beaufort
This was our first time visiting Beaufort and the townhome is in the perfect location. It's within walking distance to downtown to the shops, restaurants and the waterfront park. The host provided a notebook with tons of helpful information about the area and surrounding islands, activities, and restaurant recommendations. The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Hunting Island, Beaufort National Cemetery, Parris Island Museum and the Avenue of Oaks are must sees! Plums and Fish Camp great places to eat. It was hard to leave but we'll be back!!!

Great stay in Beaufort!
We really enjoyed this property. It wasn’t our first visit to Beaufort and this property was in a great location. The listing was 100% accurate and provided everything we needed. We had a very minor issue on our check-in day that Sara promptly resolved for us and it didn’t affect our stay at all. I’d highly recommend Sara’s property!

Perfect Location
This property is located in the Historic District of Beaufort. It is easy walking to downtown (Bay St). It has a wonderful Patio and the townhouse itself offered plenty of room to move around. We stayed for about six weeks and loved it. Whether you stay for a weekend or a long term stay I think you will find it’s one of the best places with an ideal location.

Convenient and close to town
The Condo is in a historic section of Beaufort. It is within walking distance to town. It’s a beautiful area! The accommodations were good; it had what we needed for a few days. There was an issue with cleanliness of bedding and the owner was notified.

Christmas in Beaufort
The island townhouse was perfect for us. I was especially enamored of the large sized oven. I only used it once but it was great for cooking a large lamb and several side dishes. The townhouse was easy walking distance ( 1-3 blocks) from everyplace we wanted to go. Thank you Sara!

Exploring Beaufort
We came to Beaufort to explore the area and stayed at the Island Townhouse for a month. The townhouse proved to be a gem in the perfect location. It is located in the historic district of Beaufort. Easy walk, bike ride or car ride to restaurants and shopping. We found the neighborhood to be very quiet. Especially loved sitting outside on the back patio on the cooler afternoons and early evenings. The dedicated parking behind the townhouse was really convenient. The townhouse was clean and came with everything you need to start a month-long stay. Having the clothes washer and dryer on hand was a nice amenity too! Sara is easy to work with and very responsive. You can clearly see her love of Beaufort from the photos, paintings, movies and reading material she has on hand throughout the townhouse. Her "Foodies" list for the local restaurants is fantastic! We really appreciated the outstanding hospitality Sara provided and would definitely stay there again!!

Adorable townhome!
Came to Beaufort to visit friends, and Island Townhouse was a perfect home away from home. It's small, but quaint, and perfectly furnished with a long stay. All kitchen and laundry needs were available for our family of 4, and our children were happy they didn't have to share a bed! The owners were responsive and helpful. If you're staying for longer than 4-5 night, be sure to stock up on your own paper products (TP, paper towels, tissues), but there is enough to get your stay started. It was much too hot to lounge outside during our stay, but the back patio would be perfect on a fall evening to enjoy slightly cooler weather. Location was fantastic, right across the street from USCB library, and an easy walk to downtown. 2 parking spots in the back, with available parking in the front of the town house as well. Highly recommend!
