“Big room”

“We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. We didn't want to be charged for the dirty plates, so we broght the plates to the staff and showed them the bathroom photos when we checked out. Finally,……

“It's seemed a little old, but it's very quiet and the bed is comfortable. So it's a good choice for shortly stay compared with its price.”

“Would like to stay again. 10 minutes walking with luggage from SNCF station. 1-night stay. Arrived hotel late about 9pm. Need to enter hotel via stairs. There is one lift besides stairs which easier to lobby. Floor corridor carpet, rooms décor, lighting and painting need maintenance and repair. Checked 3 rooms before we decided which one to stay. Thanks to friendly staff, we were glad that we got room we wanted. Free wifi and 2 bottle water. Kitchen cookware and pot need improvement. Asked for……

“所在位置為市中心，進出方便。但緊臨市區，也非常吵雜。緊避窗戶可以避免噪音，但夏日炎熱，不開窗又不通風。網站未告知，所訂的房型只有風扇，而無空調，且面對熱鬧街道，是Hotel.com的疏失。”

“A nice place to stay, easy to arrive with the tram!”

“The location is near to the train station. The hotel room is very big and tidy. There is a kitchen area with sufficient utensils and tools for guests to do cooking. The staffs are nice and helpful. Just a minor problem is that there is no air conditioner inside the room so it is a bit hot. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel.”

“位置比较偏，火车站C1或者C2六站左右到。周围没有超市，需要公交回坐四站购买。走路三公里多到火车站。安静，卫生条件还可以，最大优点是1旁边就是金头公园，适合跑步锻炼，2有电磁炉，烧水壶，餐具锅等，适合一周左右在附近开会，超市买东西自己做. 此外早餐12欧，花样一般”

“Nous avions apprécié ls cuisinette, le petit salon et les accessoires de la salle de bain , notamment le miroir grossissant et le séchoir à cheveux.”

“The room is clean & neat, with full kitchen that we can use for cooking (save much from eating out!) The young lady in reception is nice & helpful, proactively explaining the sightseeing point around the area, she also gave advices on the "dangerous" areas reminding us not to go alone at night... Though the people are off at weekend, and there is no cleaning service throughout. But provided with the cheap price, it's a nice one overall.”
