“The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We did not get 4 sets of towels for the 4 people in our room but staff quickly remedied this when brought to their attention.”

“It is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Absolutely the best accormodation in Birmingham! The staff are nice and the room are clean.”

“Overall, this is a very well-kept hotel. The room was spacious and attractive. The breakfast in the morning is a nice added benefit. There are few amenities in the rooms--no shower cap, bottled water, or extra pillows. When we returned late at night from a very long day, we discovered that our room had not been cleaned. We mentioned this at the front desk and were told we had to request maid service. I have never seen this in any hotel anywhere, and there were cleaning carts in the hall right……
