“Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8.
A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre.
Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait.
Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. Tracé sur et dans les toilettes et dans la baignoire. Le……

“We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund.”

“A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit.
J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu!
Le lieu se trouve au centre de village mais le service est assez……

“Excellent séjour! Accueil au top, convivial et chaleureux ! Marine est adorable ! On se sent comme à la maison. Plusieurs espaces de détente cocooning. Chambre décorée avec soin, propreté impeccable.
Jacuzzi avec vue sur le massif du mont blanc et sauna disponibles tout le temps.

“We loved that this gave us a direct view of the Mont Blanc! We were rather surprised to learn that the room didn't come with its own bathroom. That part was not clear in Expedia but we were okay with it. The room was really small. Not ideal for tall people. We bumped our heads. The breakfast was pretty limited. ”

“Lovely, quality apartment. Comfortable sofa bed. The tiled floor was cold, so take slippers! Nice to have a bath and shower with ample hot water. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, just needed something to over a fried egg! Stunning views from the balcony.
The pool was great with a fantastic view of the mountains. Unfortunately the sauna was broken on our stay.
Great location, just a across the road from the town. The Super U supermarket was great.
