“The apartment is small but adequate. The property is musty, but the heaters keep it toasty warm. The biggest disappointment was the oven didn’t work after bringing many food items that required an oven. The staff was quick to respond to any issues and they were able to solve all but the oven issue. The view is amazing and the location is convenient for getting to the beach.”

“This is a lovely location in a pleasant sweet town. The back was especially comfortable with 4 Adirondack chairs and a bistro table for two. The lawn before the boulders made for especially pleasant evenings. The grounds a well planted and maintained with an on site caretaker. As all coastal property experiences there is rust and some mold in door tracks and dishwasher. The master bed was uncomfortably soft but towels and bathrooms were fresh and clean. Nothing like the roar of the ocean.……

“Could not ask for a better view! Close to Lincoln City. Nice size condo but definitely needs some TLC. Very clean but desperately needs and peeling wallpapper removed in most rooms. Kitchen is well equiped, but it would be nice to know there is no Keruig just an old coffee maker. Nice big area for your dog. ”

“We loved this place. It was clean , the decor was charming, kitchen well stocked, beds and sofas comfortable and the view was stunning. Definitely want to come back. Getting in was a bit of a task. Initially both my husband and I tried the code multiple times snd it wouldn’t open. A person on the property was trying to see if the cleaners could assist us while I waited on the line to get Vacassa. Finally reached Vacassa and he confirmed the code and gave us suggestions until we got in. After a……

“Great location, short walk to the beach. Loved the combination of the creek/river that led to the ocean and all the many different landscapes that changed with the tides. The Murphy bed was a great addition, out of the way during the day and very convenient at night. The two bathrooms were handy, except one toilet didn't flush unless you adjusted the water control at the bottom after every flush--that was pretty annoying and should be fixed. Otherwise a great stay!”

“Fantastic ocean view, great amenities, pet-friendly (even had a pet towel and water/food bowls available which was a nice touch!), EV charger in parking spot was nice to have, short walk to beach, quiet, clean. All around wonderful experience - 5 out of 5!!”
