“The unit was just as described and the location so close to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Having a top-floor unit was good for quiet time and had no issues with noise. We didnt use the pool, hot tub, or game room, but it was nice to have it available in case.”

Some reviews knock down the rating due to some things, but you have to consider the price you are paying for this, which is cheap for an ocean view and easy beach access property in Lincoln city. Yes you can hear your neighbors above you, but we brought a box fan for white noise when we sleep which masked the footsteps above. The kitchen did not have a spatula and some other basic utensils, so be prepared for that. It did have forks, spoon and……

“The property was in a great location with views of the beach (no sunset but you should be on the beach for that anyways). The condo was very nice, clean, and full of living amenities. It was nice to be able to cook food instead of eating out for every meal.”
