I'm very grateful to your maintenance team, who worked tirelessly until midnight to resolve the problem. Their dedication was impressive and much appreciated. However, the situation was quite disruptive and left me feeling extremely tired. I hope that measures can be put in place to prevent other guests from encountering a similar issue in the future.”
