The October Sky Cottage is a cozy A-frame cabin. A quiet and comfortable space that is ideal for escaping to nature! 45 minutes from downtown Kelowna & 25 minutes to Big White. Beautiful views. 10-minute drive to Nordic x-country ski club, 25 mins to Gem Lake at Big White, 5 mins to KVR trail & endless hiking, snow shoeing and sledding trails right at your door. Idabel Lake is a stocked fishing lake. Enjoy a games room with ping pong, pool, foosball along with a playground and fire pit.

There are 2 queen beds in the loft as well as a small child cot. Suitable for age 3-6. Then there is a double pull out sofa bed in the main living area.
No parties. quiet time after 10pm, Checkout is 10am

We had a blissful week at Idabel lake. The cabin was comfortable with lots of extra and helpful features - games, DVDs, books, toys and of course the record player. We had fabulous days paddling on and playing in the lake & lovely evenings BBQing on the deck & relaxing with the stunning lake view beneath us. Our kids also loved the games room & playground. The internet is weak and slow as it is satellite, so expectations should be managed in this regard. We very much hope to come back!

Cute lake getaway

My friends and I had a great weekend away here! Cabin is clean and cozy with a beautiful lake view. Beds were comfy and everything was very easily laid out and the hosts were helpful. We loved how there was a record player for music too.
