“I booked the Aspen cabin because I wanted a base camp that was cool, quiet, and peaceful with a good view...a place to relax in between visits to Canyonlands and other surrounding areas for hiking, without all the traffic and crowds in Moab. The cabin is up near the La Sal mountains with a great view of Mount Peale. It is cooler than the valley, and very quiet...just the sound of birds, the occasional horse whinny, or bark of a dog.
