“There were 17 of us staying and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of space, comfortable accommodation, fantastic facilities, beautiful views. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. There were a couple of issues with door handles. One fell off all the time and one was impossible to lock. But, apart from that, it was perfect.”

“Beautifull position, veiws outstanding, well equipted, very cosy, and clean, In a brilliant postion for walking and relaxing, also just a quick hop across the ferry to vibrant Dartmouth with many shops and restraunts. Carparking is a couple of minutes walk away, perfect. The property has a lovery patio where to relax and blow your mind as the sun sets. “We enjoyed a week of glorious sunshine with a fresh breeze. Apartment clean & well equipped. Location excellent, 10 minute walk to the harbour in one direction, the other way the footpath leading to the pool and on to the coastal path & Berry Head. The spiral staircase did not cause any difficulties for a couple of over 70’s! The only disappointment was the cancellation of all boat trips due to the wind. Parking a bonus. ”

“Nice big kitchen where we all had a leisurely breakfast and nibbles at night. My 96 year old mother came with us. The house is on a very steep hill, so we dropped her outside the house, then had to find parking, which was 3 roads away sometimes. ”

“Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. “Location was great as it’s only a short walk to the seafront. Apartment is located by a crossroads therefore could be loud when busy as well as people walking past the windows but knew that when we booked it would be Apartment was spacious so fine for us, a family of 5. Had issue with WiFi but they were helpful. We stayed in flat 4 which was ground floor so ideal carrying stuff to and from My only criticism is no washing machine, leaving us with wet clothes from the beach and every time you……

“Overall, good, as mentioned to the owner, a little more care is required with regard cleaning, on the surface all good. Only when prompted through Vrbo did i get as response from the owner, as the time frame was getting very close as to when i would be staying. but after that all ok. Overall an excellent location, and would stay there again !”
