Wir hatten spontan für eine Nacht gebucht und waren sehr happy. Die Lage ist auch top direkt an der Brandenburger Straße und damit auch fußläufig zum Holländer Viertel ”

“Wir sind mit zwei Hunden angereist, die wir nachträglich angemeldet hatten. Ich hatte vorsorglich nochmal nachgefragt, ob ich ein Studio mit Balkon gebucht hätte und dies wurde bestätigt. Vor Ort wurden wir dann in ein Studio ohne Balkon eingecheckt. Ich hätte mir Euros mehr Kommunikaton gewünscht während die Situation gelöst wurde, aber letztlich bekamen wir einen Suite Balkon. Das Personal war dabei super freundlich! Hilfreich wäre eine klarere Kommunikatin zur Parksituation. Wir würden wieder……
