“前台：請問你要靠近電梯或者是遠離電梯的房間？我：靠近電梯的，比較方便。前台：靠近電梯的房間，可能會聽到電的聲音喔我：呃⋯⋯ 前台：其實也不一定啦，有的房間聽得到有的房間聽不到我：那給我一個距離不太遠的房間（結果我得到了一個最遠的房間）房間內的燈光控制，只有一個總開關跟一個浴室的開關。總開關打開後還能不開浴室的燈光。總開關關閉後就完完全全沒有燈光了。從來沒看過只有兩個燈光開關的設計。”

“The first impressions weren’t brilliant. We arrived on a Saturday night. After getting off the taxi, we walked almost 500m (with luggage) before we found the place. The advertised address wasn't really helpful for taxi. Later we realised that using the name of the shopping centre QiMeng shares the building with was a much better alternative for calling taxis. The hotel doesn't have an entrance, nor a proper reception desk, of its own. Seems to me they hire a couple of floors from the other hotel……

“入住當天已經看到洗手間的浴架上有兩個已用完的浴帽，住了兩晚走的時候那兩個浴帽務還在。第一天洗澡用完的沐浴露，是已用完沒有關蓋的，第二天 housekeeping竟然把用完的沐浴露蓋好並返回原位，害我洗澡沒有沐浴露用！枕頭有臭味，恐怕也是沒有換枕頭套”

“Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, modern und schön ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit, wobei eine Mitarbeiterin scheint mir etwas überfordert zu sein. Abgesehen von wenigen sprachen die meisten kaum Englisch. Nichtsdestotrotz konnten wir Mithilfe Übersetzungsapps gut kommunizieren. Großer Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel auf Emails bzw. Nachrichten vor dem Chen-In nicht geantwortet haben. Aber vor Ort haben sie mir zu voller Zufriedenheit geholfen. Ich würde……
