“So much character in this place. My bathroom was beautifully tiled and updated. Some things about the room were a little worn out (window paint and carpet), but the character and warmth of the space outweigh any of that. The bed was very comfortable. I found the whole experience restful. And the air conditioning worked really well for an old building. Staff was also warm and welcoming. ”
“My wife and I stayed here for three nights. We saw Taj Mahal and Keb' Mo' past at The Masonic Temple downtown and two nights later The Counting Crows at the amphitheater. Very convenient for both locations. Nice pub just up the street - Malone's Tavern.”

“Well like I said the sofa bed my son slept on needs to be renewed. It was a step up from the other Sonesta simply suites hotel I've gone to do many times their sofa beds looked like a frier and a murder happened and the treat their guess like dirt. But his Sonesta ES hotel the staff was very nice. However, I was extremely upset at the hidden fee of 150.00 deposit I had to pay that I was not aware of and I had already paid for my room. This was the second time I was hit with hidden fees that……
