“Found home that look like it would work perfectly for us. Communication with owner was great up to a few days before check in. When we arrived we never received check in code. Owner was unreachable. Had to get VRBO involved. They offered a hotel for the night till they or we could get intouch with the owner. After we paid and checked in. Three hours later.
