“I booked a room with queen bed but instead I was given two twin beds joined together which was quite uncomfortable. The room needs better cleaning and house keeping. The curtains were dirty.
The good thing was location and very helpful and cooperative staff. ”
“Nice stay but BFast service area needs more cleaning and better seating arrangements.Front of the hotel area was waterlogged so not a great scene.Staff was very courteous and helpful.”
“Although I paid for continental breakfast, they did not serve it. Their breakfast start late at 9:30. Even after requesting for early breakfast they didn't start it. Staff behaviour was rude and they never adjust.”
