Worst service we have ever encountered.
"The customer service is non existent- absolutely awful experience. The hotel offers a late check in after reception hours which we requested ahead of time. Their policy is to email over the lockbox code and side map on the day of arrival. We did not receive this and had a local friend call to ask, ..."

Schöner Kurzurlaub
"Der Aufenthalt war schön, ebenso die Umgebung. Eine gepflegte Anlage findet man dort. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht optimal. Neben einem Nudelsieb fehlten Dinge wie ein Sparschäler, Geschirrhandtuch. Für das nächste Mal wissen wir da Bescheid."

"Das gesamte Haus ist schön und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Einziger Mängel: die Matratzen, die sind absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Ich habe wirklich nicht gut geschlafen"
