“We found this gem when looking for accommodations for family that were coming from out of town for a funeral in Willmar. There were 4 couples and multiple young adults and children, and we all had a bed, bathroom and privacy for a great price. The large indoor open spaces and backyard firepit were great for everyone to gather, unwind, and hangout. The host was great with answering my many questions within minutes. “This house was perfect for our family and friends weekend getaway. It was very spacious but had a cozy feel with the surroinding woods. We loved the large deck off of the kitchen, and the huge dining room tabel was great for family games and meals. “We enjoyed our stay here. It's a beautiful little house with almost everything you need for a lovely lakeside vacation. The fridge-freezer is smaller than your standard size, but it easily held three days' worth of food with plenty of room to spare. Unless you're trying to pack a few cases of beer in there, I feel sure that you could fit enough food for an entire week. “We had a great time over Labor Day weekend. House was well appointed and comfortable. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out. Game room and hot tub were awesome! Mark was a great host. “A group of friends get together for a long-ish weekend retreat every spring. The property was everything that was promised. Plenty of space, exceptionally comfortable and far more amenities than we could get through in just 2 days. The host was gracious enough to build a small little ramp on the property so we could get out to the lake with our four wheelers directly from the property. “Chris is a great host. She was so friendly and helpful. Her store next door has so many features too. It was neat to get the rundown on the place. My family stayed at the guesthouse before an early flight out of St. Cloud. It offered enough space and was perfect for the seven of us. It is also a unique property and was a rustic place.
